展覽區：常設展區與特展區(Galleries)

展覽區：常設展區與特展區 本館新址展覽區共約120坪，其中約90坪之特展區開放給藝術創作者及獨立策展人申請展覽。另約30坪之櫥窗常設展區，除規劃展示館藏作品外，另設有捲軸影像互動區，與鳳甲美術館館藏電子書播映區。
Galleries The exhibition area at the Museum's new location covers about 400 square meters, 300 square meters of which is reserved for shows by artists and independent curators through application. The other 100 square meters is a showcase for the permanent collection, an interactive video scroll and digital publications of Museum's collection.

多功能教室 (Multipurpose Classroom)

多功能教室 由於設置可動式隔屏，因此此多功能教室雖然使用坪數僅約20坪，但可作多功能之使用，如30~40人中型會議室、8~12小型會議室、活動茶會茶點區、音樂會準備區…等。此間備有投影機、白板及50張桌椅…等，也將提供予非營利之機關團體免費租借。
Multipurpose Classroom Although the multipurpose classroom area of the Museum is only about 70 square meters, it can be used in a variety of ways because it is installed with movable walls. For example, a medium sized meeting room for 30 to 40 people, a small meeting room for 8 to 12 people, a refreshment area for an art opening and a waiting room for performances are all possible uses for the area. The multipurpose classroom is equipped with a projector, white board and 50 chair-desks. The room is offered to non-profit organizations free of charge.

社區圖書室 (The Community Library)

社區圖書室 位於新館入口處。精緻的空間、豐富的藝術藏書，讓所有來參訪的社區民眾，都能深刻的感受到，鳳甲美術館為社區民眾所營造出溫馨地的美學閱讀場域。
The Community Library The community library is situated in the entrance area of the new museum. The room is beautifully decorated and contains a rich library of art books which gives community visitors the opportunity to more deeply appreciate the warm and aesthetic environment created at the Hong-Gah Museum.

Café 休憩區 (Café and Rest Area )

Café 休憩區 為了讓遠道來訪的民眾與藝術家們，能在參觀之餘享受輕鬆愉悅的氣氛，特別規劃設置Café 休憩區，簡單的投幣即可享受濃郁的咖啡香，以及無線上網服務。
Café and Rest Area The Museum specially created the café and rest area equipped with a vending machine so visitors and artists would have a place to enjoy a cup of coffee in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.

寄物櫃(Locker)

寄物櫃 本館設有大小置物櫃計24格。
